Hemos añadido una nueva funcionalidad a la página de avanzalia.info para permitir compartir las entradas en las redes sociales. Para ello hemos utilizado el módulo addthis de drupal.

La instalación del módulo es la habitual de todos los módulos y en la configuración hemos de dar permisos para que puedan ver el widget los usuarios no validados y los validados.

Lo primero que hemos de decidir es dónde queremos instalar el widget para compartir. Existen dos posibilidades de presentación. La primera es en todas las entradas y la segunda es utilizando un bloque.

Visualizar en las entradas

Esta visualización nos permite que se muestre el widget al fina de cada entrada para compartir el contenido del mismo. Nos permite también mostrarlo en los resúmenes de las entradas (en nuestro caso en la página principal). El problema de esto es que el contenido que se comparte es el de lapágina en la que se encuentra el widget, por lo que si lo mostramos en los resúmenes nos compartirá la página principal del blog.

Para configurarlo accedemos a la opción Configuración del menú de administración y a la opción AddThis. Aquí hemos de marcar la opción Display on node pages. En caso de que quisieramos que aparezca también en los resúmenes marcariamos la opción Display in node teasers. El resto de opciones corresponden a la presentación y no deberían de tocarse.

Nosotros hemos hecho una pequeña modificación en estas opciones y en el grupo Widget settings, en la opción Opciones se puede indicar las redes en las que compartir el enlace. Por defecto no se encuentra visible twitter y lo hemos añadido a la lista, sustituyendo a digg. De ese modo se encuentra visible de forma sencilla. Esto sirve tanto para la visualización en las entradas como para la visualización como bloque.

Visualización en un bloque

La visualización en un bloque es muy sencilla también y sigue la misma estructura que el resto de bloques en drupal. Al instalar el módulo se crea un bloque que se llama Add this button.

accedemos a la configuración de los bloques a partir de la opción Estructura del menú de administración. Seleccionamos la opción Bloques del listado que aparece y asignamos una región al bloque de AddThis. Esto hará que el enlace aparezca en una parte fija de la pantalla. El resto de opciones a configurar son las habituales de la gestión de bloques.

Con esto ya podemos compartir las entradas del blog en cualquier red social.
